While pursuing an architectrual degree at the University of Notre Dame and studying in Europe, Jerry Aulisio enrolled in a combined photography & sketching class that focused on capturing art and architectural images. The camera quickly overshadowed the sketchbook and photography became an alternate outlet for his creative interests.
As career and family interests grew, the time to pursue photographic interests diminished. The camera took a back seat to his family of five children and a growing architectural practice. With the children grown and the practice in good hands, his interest has been rekindled and the camera has once again become his constant travel companion. Jerry's photographic interests continue to be the natural and built environment.
While most of the images currently reside on the walls of his home, Jerry has been fortunate to place images in two local Chicago museums outlets and continues to look for creative places to display and sell the images. With the encouragement of families and friends, he is now offering them for viewing by a larger audience. Please feel free to write and tell us what you think. Any and all comments are welcome.
